HOW TO USE
For an electrolyte-rich, energizing sports drink add 1 tablespoon of Mushroom Milk powder to a cup of cold or hot water. Option to add honey or maple syrup to taste. Shake well (mason jars or water bottles are great for this purpose) and enjoy straight up while exercising, as an afternoon pick-me-up/ appetite suppressant, or anytime you’re craving a thirst-quenching boost of energy. For your morning ritual, add 1-2 tablespoons to your smoothie for a delicious added boost of coconut and mushroom power. Mushroom Milk pares very well with banana-based smoothies.

I was a bit hesitant to try this considering I am not a fan of mushrooms. However, the taste of mushroom is almost non-existent! Instead, it tastes like a creamy coconut latte when added with hot water! I also love adding this to my coffee in the morning! It adds the most lovely creamy coconut taste that pairs perfectly with a warm cup of coffee!! I'm been trying to have as much as I can of this stuff, as it has amazing immune boosting properties as well as adaptogenic support!!! 10/10 recommend
