HOW TO USE
THE STAGES OF DETOX
If you are switching from antiperspirant to natural deodorant, there will be a transition period.
Week 1
On the first week of the transition, everything seems normal
Week 2
Studies show when you stop using antiperspirant, your body will temporarily produce more odor-causing bacteria. Use the underarm bar to manage the additional odor.
Week 3
Moisture levels start to normalize but some odor may remain.
Week 4
Your body should begin to adjust to using natural deodorant.
Maximize the bacteria-eliminating power of the underarm bar by massaging the lather in the underarm area for at least 20 seconds on each side. If you have underarm hair, lather for 30 seconds.
